Unify communication and access control with Aiphone and Inner Range
Aiphone IX | IXG Series intercoms integrate with Inner Range’s Intelligent Management Software (IMS) to deliver centralized monitoring and control from a single platform. Intercom activity feeds directly into the operator’s existing security workflow in real time. Events can automatically trigger actions, activate inputs, control entities and generate alerts within the IMS software. Every intercom call is logged to maintain a complete record of activity.
When an event occurs, associated camera footage displays instantly to give operators immediate visual context. Doors can be unlocked in response to intercom activity for fast and confident access decisions. The status of each intercom (online, offline, alarm or call) is always visible to the operator.
Intercoms can also be associated with IMS entities and viewed or controlled through interactive maps. This provides a complete, real-time picture of intercom activity alongside the rest of the security system through a unified single pane of glass.
Requirements
Configuration of the IXGW-TGW for Integriti is only supported in Aiphone IXG Support Tool version 11.0.2.0. (See Quick Link)
Aiphone IXG-2C7 and the IXGW-TGW requires custom firmware versions. (See Quick Link)
Inner Range Licensing and Requirements – Integriti Pro or Infiniti v20.0 or higher with product key licensed at v21 or newer. Additional Inner Range intercom license required for each intercom.
