Print Version Instructions:
1. Find Your Literature: Choose the items you want delivered.
2. Specify Quantity: Enter the number for each item.
3. Submit Your Order: Scroll down, fill out the form and hit “Submit”.

Shipping Information:
• All orders are sent via USPS or UPS Ground.
• For different shipping methods, mention your preference in the “Message” box, below.
• Your order will be shipped from our Redmond, WA warehouse within four business days.

Digital Downloads:
• Click the “DOWNLOAD” button under each item to get an electronic version of our catalog or brochures.
