Foreword and closing remarks by Sean Peterson, Director of Product and Marketing
As we look back on 2025, I keep coming back to one word: momentum. It has been a year of meaningful progress for Aiphone, both here in North America and across our global organization. It also feels like we are building toward something bigger than any single release, product, or partnership.
This year, our product and engineering teams grew to their largest size yet, and we put that strength to work on some of the most significant improvements and advancements in Aiphone’s modern history. I am especially proud of how our North America engineering presence is growing, helping us move faster and stay closer to customers and partners in this region.
Just as importantly, we continued investing in the people who stand behind our technology. We added new technology partners in entirely new areas of our industry, while also enhancing existing partnerships. Our support organization expanded to provide security integrators with the responsive, knowledgeable, industry-leading support they deserve, because we know great products only create value when they are backed by great service.
The future of Aiphone is built across our global organization, from hardware designed and built in Nagoya, Japan to software developed in Seattle, Washington. Our work remains deeply connected to the broader Aiphone team worldwide, and it is shaped by the customers we serve across the world.
I hope this 2025 in Review captures both the progress we made and the people who made it possible. To our employees, our dealer and integrator community, our technology collaborators across the industry, and the customers we serve; thank you for your trust, your collaboration, and your feedback, and the work you do every day.
We are excited to carry this momentum into 2026, and to continue bringing you unparalleled products, services, and safety.
Product Spotlight: AiphoneCloud
AiphoneCloud stands out as one of Aiphone’s biggest triumphs of 2025. Enabling remote maintenance and modification for Aiphone systems, the service launches user experience into the future. Over the course of the year, support has been added for lift control, retransfers, SIP, third party cameras, and streamlined mobile app enrollment.
Besides physical updates, the software interface has been modernized with cohesive branding and ease of use in mind. It’s now more intuitive than ever to set up and maintain your Aiphone system, as well as perform maintenance. Remote management enables you to perform updates without needing a technician to come on site. Adding tenants, removing them, or programming their permissions can now be done by allowed users, speeding up move ins, move outs, and so many more aspects of property managers’ lives.
Product Spotlight: AC Nio
AC Nio made the jump to the cloud in 2025: it can now be purchased and deployed through AiphoneCloud, making it more convenient for you wherever you are. New and improved features like schedulable temporary credentials, automated reporting, and customizable protocols for triple swipes or first ins are programmable through the cloud as well; easing your life and your property’s operations.
Behind the scenes, more support has been added for migrating existing databases onto AC Nio. Now, when upgrading, user information can be directly imported from the old system into AC Nio. More support for system takeovers means less setup time, and there is no need to manually re-enter data.
Product Spotlight: Integration
One of Aiphone’s largest focuses over the past year has been integration, and the new possibilities it can bring for our products. We launched our technology partner program, which focuses on strengthening the partnerships between the companies that we integrate with, as well as updating technical guides and fact sheets to keep all information current. Salient, Lenel, Alertus, and Genetec are among the many partnerships we’ve highlighted this year, combining our systems to increase your security.
Partners: Elite Partnership Program
Since the start of 2025, Aiphone’s Elite Partnership Program has been enhanced to bring even more value. The program itself has been around for years to encourage collaboration between Aiphone and top partners and now has even more opportunities for success.
There are three tiers to the new Elite Partnership Program: Diamond, Emerald, and Sapphire; each with new chances for teamwork and rewards. Aiphone partners can unlock exclusive discounts, advanced technical support, and co-marketing opportunities by meeting revenue milestones, completing certified training, and participating in co-branded case studies.
As a holiday gift, our Elite Partners received mini fun emergency tower building kits, rich 70% dark chocolate Tony’s Chocolonely bars, and cozy holiday blankets. Aiphone is incredibly grateful for the support our Elite Partners have given us this year, and we’re looking forward to continuing collaboration in 2026. People Spotlight: Tradeshows and Conferences
In 2025, Aiphone appeared at over 100 events including trade shows and conferences. We enjoyed meeting people across the continent: from Las Vegas to New York, and Toronto to Mexico City. Internationally, we had the opportunity to attend shows in Dubai and Australia; connecting Aiphone around the world.
Relationships are one of Aiphone’s core values, and we are so thankful for the opportunity to show off our latest innovation, hear about yours, and meet with the rest of the physical security industry.
People Spotlight: Employees
Aiphone isn’t just about the products, it’s also about the people. Our team contributes so much to our company: a positive culture with high quality results. We’re proud to share how we’ve grown, adding new positions and employees, as well as celebrating the 10 employees who reached significant milestones in their Aiphone careers this year.
Our HQ celebrated 10 years in the Redmond office, and even though some of the team may be across the country from one another, opportunities for remote bonding like sharing pictures of pets and safety tips from the Office Safety Committee have strengthened the Aiphone community.
Planning Ahead
Moving into 2026, Aiphone is keeping the momentum going, driven towards progress by user experience. New innovations, features, products, and integrations are consistently being designed with the unmatched engineering precision Aiphone is known for.
We’re strengthening our relationships with partners, integrators, dealers, installers, and end users; while continuing to support our employees in our home office and remote. 2026 is going to be an amazing year for Aiphone, and we’re thankful to everyone who helped us build 2025 into the year it was.
