You can also design systems, activate licenses, and renew subscriptions on AiphoneCloud. It’s a new way of working with Aiphone that saves you time, money, and delivers more value to your customers.
A: Getting started is simple. Create an account on AiphoneCloud and follow the prompts to request Branch membership. For hands-on support, contact our Technical Support Team and a customer success member will assist you. You can also visit our Find a Local Expert page to connect with a local Aiphone expert for personalized assistance.
A: The IX | IXG Series IP video intercoms. This robust intercom solution is designed for commercial properties, multi-tenant buildings, and emergency communication applications. With Remote Management, you gain cloud-based access to program and update your intercom systems from any location.
A: AiphoneCloud Remote Management is a cloud-based alternative to IXG SupportTool. We encourage using AiphoneCloud as your primary programming method for the IX | IXG Series. With AiphoneCloud, you can manage systems remotely from any location with real-time system monitoring, system health checks, and automatic firmware updates.
Most features available in SupportTool are available to program in AiphoneCloud. Contact your local expert or review our Technical Knowledge Base article for additional details.
A: Yes. You can invite one primary property management user per site using their email address. You can adjust their permissions to control what they can see or do. As the Property Management Branch admin, they can then add additional users to the site as needed.
A: After they accept the invitation, they’ll be guided through setting up their company, branch, and creating a new IXG portal account. Once setup is complete, they can update tenant information, manage move-ins and move-outs, and enroll mobile app users.
A: Yes. Existing IX | IXG sites can add a cloud gateway to start bringing your system to the cloud. An Aiphone expert is more than happy to help you with this process. Contact us to learn more.
