Solution

  1. Access the Install Menu. While on the home screen, press and hold the Home button. While holding down the Home button press the Settings button. Press the Install button on the right, then let go of the Home button once the Install menu is displayed.
  2. Press the Option Output button.
  3. Enable the Event Activation option.
  4. Choose a duration for the relay. The relay will stay triggered for the set duration regardless of whether the call is answered or not.
  5. Choose the Trigger Event. Choose any combination of the four options. If the connected device is meant to trigger when a call is made from a door station, select only Door Call.
  6. Press the Enter button when finished, then press the Home button to go back to standby.
Choosing to enable this will remove the Option icon that would appear on screen during normal communication.
