Update 26.7.1: UI Updates and Platform Enhancements

  • UI Updates
    • In Remote Management, the “My Sites” and “My organization sites” tabs have been consolidated toBranch Sites”. The list will display all accessible sites in the user’s active branch.
    • A new pinning capability allows users to pin frequently accessed sites to the top of the list. This persists across sessions and browsers and is unique for each user.
    • User Profile and Profile Settings pages have been updated. Users can easily edit personal info, view Roles and leave a Branch. Password and MFA changes will generate email alerts to the user’s address. “Request Data” and “Delete Account” processes have been established to support GDPR requirements.
  • Feature Updates
    • All devices now support DHCP, enabling quick, hands-off network configuration during setup. This is available from the Association Wizard modal and from a device’s network settings. When DHCP is selected, all network fields are locked and cannot be manually edited. Devices will receive IP addresses from the DHCP server, and the gateway will update their network information in AiphoneCloud
    • Prevent Being Monitored: A new Monitoring tab in Security Settings introduces a simple toggle to prevent stations from being monitored by answering stations. This setting is available for door, entrance, and audio-sub stations
    • Fixed issue where Absent/Delay Transfer settings couldn’t be saved without an initial transfer destination – integrators can now configure re-transfer only, matching expected behavior from the Support Tool
  • Bug Fixes
    • Property Management company information provided during account creation will persist to populate the onboarding modals
    • Unit tab of the dashboard now immediately reflects the correct number of mobile apps without needing to refresh the page
    • Resolved an issue where certain changes did not prompt the display of “Upload Settings” on the site dashboard
    • Dealer users can no longer be invited to a Site as a Property Manager
    • Inviting a user to a branch in which they already have a role generates the correct error message
    • Resolved an issue that prevented deletion of a pending Site Property Manager invitation
    • Saving a tenant only requires one of the following fields to be populated: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number
    • Using the same door release output code for relay 1 and relay 2 resulted in an invalid configuration file. This is no longer possible
    • Small fixes to formatting and navigation throughout AiphoneCloud
    • Corrected the “Existing Site ID” list sort order in the New Site Creation modal

Update 26.5.1: Platform Improvements and UI Fixes

  • AiphoneCloud Platform
    • When a user is removed from a branch, they also lose any Site roles for sites managed by that branch
  • QuickSpec
    • Added a filter for TAA compliant items on certain pages
    • “TAA Compliant” chip now displayed for applicable IX & JP components
    • Added IX-NVP-2DCLA
  • Remote Management
    • Added confirmation dialog to “Delete Unit” action
  • Bug Fixes
    • SIM Billing Data bar
    • Explore Data Plans: Text has been reformatted to prevent overlap issue
    • Company Information Icon: Variance in size and color of icon has been corrected

Update 26.3.1: Redesigned Dashboard and Enhanced Remote Support

  • UI Updates
    • Refreshed sign-up and login page make it easier for occasional users and new onboardees to get in and get going
    • Reworked dashboard puts key information front and center — multi-branch management is cleaner, with a guided layout that helps both new and experienced users get up to speed quickly
    • New branding and navigation makes jumping between sites, managing devices, and troubleshooting remotely smoother and more efficient
    • Reprogramming a SupportTool project in remote management is now seamless — station credentials, numbers, names, and network information populate automatically, and new devices default to secure credentials
  • Notable Improvements
    • Trigger 2nd Door Relay with IXG Mobile App: Enable Display 1 & 2 for a station in the address book, allowing buildings with a single intercom station to independently control two sets of doors — giving tenants the flexibility to grant partial or full access as needed
    • Station Association wizard now displays the Gateway’s network information as a locked reference field
    • When using the site wizard, only devices whose current IP address does not match their programmed IP address will be associated, rather than every device on the site

Update 25.11.1: Minor UI Updates & Bug Fixes

  • UI Updates
    • Re-Transfer destinations can now be configured for Absent and Delay Transfer
    • Updated ONVIF/RTSP credentials for IX/IXG station cameras using bulk options; enable/disable streams independently for VMS integration
    • New Branch Information page for Dealers and Property Admins/Managers allows viewing details and managing users, including linking an IXG Portal account
  • Resolved issues
    • The Station List will now correctly display out of date firmware and prompt for an update
    • Corrected an issue where the Gateway would display as Offline even though it was connected to AWS Remote Management. This fix is included as part of “Check Availability”. This issue was previously resolved by restarting the Gateway.
    • Corrected issues related to Dealers and Property Managers editing Site-level permissions for other user types
