As we begin a new decade, Aiphone is observing 50 years of business in North America. It’s been an exciting journey since 1970. We’ve seen many incredible technological advancements throughout the industry and have made great strides in the development of our own products and services.
Our steadfast dedication to quality and service brought many achievements. Yet we owe our longevity and great success to the continued support of our customers, dealers, integrators and employees. Without that support, we would not be where we are today.
Year after year, you have given Aiphone the gift of opportunity – the opportunity to improve and develop better solutions and offer premium-level service. Simply put, you continue to help make us great.
This year, rather than celebrate a business anniversary, we will celebrate YOU, the loyal dealers and distributors, the savvy architects and engineers, the skillful locksmiths, the capable integrators, and all of our dedicated employees.

In honor of our Japanese roots, we feature the origami paper crane in our 50th Anniversary celebration artwork. It is a representation of the Japanese red-crowned crane that is referred to as the “Honourable Lord Crane” in Japanese culture. They believed that its wings carried souls up to paradise. The paper crane was the perfect symbol to represent Aiphone’s commitment to longevity and success for our customers over the next 50 years. |

Each month throughout 2020, the Aiphone Blog and social media accounts will feature an interview with one of the many great folks who’ve helped make our company what it is today.
