Adding or Editing Resident Information on a GT-DMB-N

Summary

How to enter or edit existing information on a GT-DMB-N or modular entrance station.

 

Solution

  1. From the keypad enter # * 1111. The display will show “Re-enter code”, enter * 1111.
  2. You should now see the selection Language. Use the arrow keys and scroll to System Settings press green Bell button.
  3. Use the down arrow key to scroll to Resident Info press green Bell button.
  4. The Unit # now appears. Press the pound button (#) and then enter the apartment number you wish to use. Then press the green Bell to save this number.
  5. The cursor moves to the second row, now use the number keys to enter a name, use the arrow buttons to move the cursor, and use the star button (*) to erase wrong letters. If you do not wish to enter a name, press the green Bell button again. If changing a name, first use the arrow buttons to move the cursor to the last letter of the existing name then press (*) to delete each letter, then enter the new name.
  6. Once the name is correct, press the green Bell to return and enter the next apartment number.
  7. When all numbers and names are in press the red X to back out to System Settings use the arrow buttons to move to Quit then press the green Bell button.
