Adding and Removing IXG App Users with the IXG App Portal

Introduction

This guide covers how to use the IXG App Portal to register and deregister IXG App users. This allows property managers and others with access to the system to quickly make changes to app access without using Remote Management at https://aiphone.cloud or the IXG Support Tool. These instructions assume that the system has already been programmed, and App Portal account has already been created and configured.

Accessing the Account

Navigate to https://portal.ixg.aiphone-app.net/. Enter the account credentials, then click Login.

Click the desired site from the Site List.

On the Site Information page, click the desired building from the Building List.

This will bring up a list of units in the building. Click one of them to select it.

Once the unit is displayed, new apps can be registered from this page by scanning the QR Code. Bring up IXG App on the phone or tablet and scan the QR code. For more steps on IXG App registration and operation, see this guide.

Further down the page, there will be a list of registered devices. To deregister a specific device, click Disconnect to the right of the app. All apps in the unit can also be deregisted at once by clicking Deregister all Apps in the unit at the bottom of the page.
