Aiphone's Technical Support department is available between the hours of 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Our technical staff can assist you in specifying a new system, answering wiring, installation, and compatibility questions, or troubleshooting existing systems. The technical staff can also provide you with custom wiring diagrams on some systems. To obtain a custom wiring diagram, e-mail or fax us your list of equipment and we should be able to provide you a diagram by the next business day.
