Track a Shipment
Shipment tracking is available for all orders sent by Aiphone one business day after the order is shipped. You can track orders in one of two ways, using a UPS tracking number or using a reference number: (NOTE: This tracking information does not indicate if there were any backorders on your order. Please check your order confirmation for more information.)
NOTICE: UPS authorizes you to use UPS tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to UPS for delivery and for no other purpose. Any other use of UPS tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.
