All rebates will issued in US Dollars.
Only US and Canadian Customers are eligible for this rebate offer. Customers must submit the completed rebate form, with a copy of sales receipt(s) or invoice(s) showing the purchase(s) of an eligible set and the two original UPC codes from the box/packaging. Copies of the UPC codes will not be accepted. All requests must be postmarked by 1/31/08. Customers must fully complete and follow the instructions stated on the rebate form. Only one rebate can be requested per purchase. Tampering with, altering or falsifying purchase information constitutes fraud. All decisions made by Aiphone relating to the validity of any submissions are final and binding. This rebate is void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law. This rebate is subject to all federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery of the rebate check. Aiphone reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time for any reason. Rebates may not be assigned, traded, sold or combined with any other Aiphone offer. Mail-in only. No fax or phone orders accepted. Please retain copies of the materials you submit. All requests become the property of Aiphone and will not be returned. Aiphone is not responsible for any lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or illegible mail. No postage-due requests.
