Standard mailings are sent via USPS or UPS Ground, free of charge from our Bellevue WA address. If you require a different shipment method, please contact our Customer Service department at (800) 692-0200. Standard shipping is free of charge.

We are only able to add residents of the U.S. and Canada to our mailing list. If you our outside of the these countries, please contact the sales representative for your country.
