1. Specific unit is "dead".
Check for 24V DC at the unit. Initiate self-check mode.
Refer to YAZ instruction manual.
2. When two sets of handsets are communicating and two more pick up they get a "busy" signal.
Check for proper connection of lines 1 through 6. (Terminals 1&2 are for channel 1, 3&4 are channel 2, 5&6 are channel 3.) Initiate self-check mode on each handset until problem handset is found.
