Tracking your Aiphone Orders

Shipment tracking is available for all orders sent by Aiphone one business day after the order is shipped. You can track orders in one of two ways, using a UPS tracking number or using a reference number:

1. Using a UPS tracking number. This is the number that UPS provides after the package is shipped. Each tracking number is unique to a package (worldwide) regardless of the shipper. UPS makes all attempts to have a tracking number used only once a year, but in the event that a duplicate is issued, all shipment information will be returned. 2.  Using a reference number. A reference number is a number that Aiphone assigns to a package.  If an Aiphone shipment is tracked using a reference number and more than one package has been assigned that number all package tracking information is returned. This potential for duplication is reduced by including additional information with the request. This additional information is destination zip code and shipment date range. In addition we require that the appropriate destination country be included. Currently the reference numbers that Aiphone provides UPS are Aiphone's Order Number and the Purchase Order (P.O.) number that you provided when the order was placed. NOTICE:  UPS authorizes you to use UPS tracking systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to UPS for delivery and for no other purpose. Any other use of UPS tracking systems and information is strictly prohibited.
