Have as much information as possible available when contacting us. We will need your account number, PO # (if applicable), the date the order was placed, and what was contained in the order.

 

PLACING A NEW PRODUCT ORDER

If you DO NOT have a direct account with Aiphone:

Contact your local area representative. They will be able to provide you with a list of distributors where you may purchase Aiphone equipment. For a list of area representatives, click here.

If you have a direct account with Aiphone:

• $5.00 minimum charge for orders

• $20.00 minimum charge for credit card orders

• $50.00 charge for drop-ship

• Order confirmations are not required but may be mailed in

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Aiphone makes every effort to anticipate sales volume and to maintain a complete inventory of our entire product line. However, there are occasions when certain items may be out-of-stock and forced into a back order status due to excessive sales activity. Aiphone cannot guarantee 100% product availability of all stock items at all times, and cannot be held liable if such an event occurs. If a product is on back order, Aiphone personnel will inform you, at the time of order, of the back-order status. In the event that you are in urgent need of a back ordered item, every effort will be made by a Customer Service representative to expedite your order.
